RENT COLLECTION SERVICE

Our Rent Collection Service includes everything our fully managed service does up until your tenant is moved in.

For a small monthly fee we also take away the stress of you having to collect rents, but we leave the day to day management and maintenance to you.

TENANT FIND SERVICE

Our Tenant Service includes everything the fully managed service does up until your tenant is moved in, but after that – It’s over to you.

SO, WHAT DO WE CHARGE?

All packages incur a set up cost. Fully Managed and Rent Collection packages also incur a monthly fee. All fee’s can be negotiated with your designated and experienced Edison Green representative to find the right deal for you.
